Teresa Aires

PhD student in Management at Nova SBE.She got her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology at Washington and Lee University and her master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University. She is currently working as a Teaching Assistant at Nova SBE and her research interest focus telework, employee well-being, and negotiation.
