Pedro Neves, PhD

Ph.D. em Psicologia Social e das Organizações pelo ISCTE e Pós Doutorado na Universidade de Delaware. Professor Catedrático na Nova SBE onde é também Director Académico da Pós Graduação em Liderança e Gestão de Talento e do Mestrado Executivo em Liderança, sendo docente em programas de formação de executivos customizados e abertos da Nova SBE Executive Education. Autor de mais de 40 artigos publicados em revistas internacionais de renome e de vários livros e capítulos, de onde se destacam a 7ª edição do “Manual de Comportamento Organizacional e Gestão” (co-autor) e o Handbook of Methods in Leadership Research (co-editor). É actualmente President-Elect da International  Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) e Editor Associado do Journal of Applied Behavioral Science.
