Welcome to the 1st edition of the Organizational Behavior Dialogues!

 

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to visit Nova School of Business and Economics on September 13 and 14, 2024!

 

As we have already had the opportunity to share with various colleagues, it is at international meetings that we remember previous symposiums and national meetings, which has only strengthened our desire to recreate a meeting in Portugal. A time not only to share knowledge and discuss the future of the field, but also to strengthen ties, meet new people and create new partnerships.

 

We believe that if it is essential to be part of a vibrant international academic community, it is essential to develop it within our own space. To this end, we want to involve and call on the entire community, from Master's and PhD students to academics and practitioners who want to share the results of their lines of research and take part in this dialogue.

 

For now, we ask you to keep an eye on the dates and rules for submitting abstracts.
