Master Student in Social and Organizational Psychology at ISPA.  She is currently doing her internship on People & Culture and LWO (The Leadership and Well-being Obsservatory) at Nova SBE. Her master thesis focuses on psychological safety and humor climate at workplace.

 PhD student in Management at Nova SBE. He has a master's degree in International Management from ISCTE Business School and a Double Degree in Marketing from KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux. He also has a bachelor's degree in Management from ISCAL. He is currently working as a Teaching Assistant at Nova SBE and his research interests focus on Organizational Psychology and Behavior, Worker Well-being, Leadership, Dark Triad Traits, and Employee Turnover.

 PhD student in Management at Nova SBE. She completed her master's degree in Human Resources Development Policies at ISCSP-ULisboa and has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, also completed at ISCSP-ULisboa. She is currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Nova SBE and her research interests focus on leadership (in)consistency, workplace interpersonal relationships and employees’ well-being.

 PhD student in Management at Nova SBE, where she is also a Teaching Assistant. She got her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology at Washington and Lee University and her master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University. Her research interest focus telework, employee well-being, and negotiation.
